Lisa

The first name in going the extra mile

Lisa O’Sullivan’s happy, productive and professional personality was obvious from the minute she walked through the door of First Names Group in Ireland. Lisa loves building relationships and making them work long term. As a Client Manager she looks after all the structured finance clients in Ireland, driving the process forward from on-boarding to completion, and is a key member of the Structured Finance Team.

Have the courage to be who you are.

Lisa worked in the structured finance industry for over six years in Dublin, before joining the Group in 2013 to initially look after anti-money laundering and compliance. She has a strong background in finance, having completed a business degree in accountancy and finance at Limerick Institute of Technology in 2007. Lisa also holds a Professional Diploma in Governance from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She believes that you should never stop learning, and true to that philosophy she is about to sit the Corporate Secretarial Practice section of the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme.

Enthusiastic about her opportunity to do more cross-jurisdictional work within the Group, Lisa is determined to increase her responsibility and her knowledge. As the Group grows, she looks forward to working with new colleagues and putting her experience in structured finance to productive use. She is not afraid to ask questions. Her trademark of always going the extra mile stands her in good stead as people respond to her commitment, willingly answering her enquiries. Lisa values Jennifer O’Riordan as a colleague as nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

FIRST BABY BORN IN IRELAND: IN 1986

Born with a strong love of animals, Lisa’s first ambition was to be a vet. A volunteer with Animal Welfare, she happily scrubbed out the kennels and enjoyed taking the dogs for walks. She was thrilled when her parents brought Minnie home – the cutest little Jack Russell in the world. Or that was before she and her partner found Molly, another equally cute Jack Russell.
