Laure Péris is a Trust Manager for Private Clients at First Names Group in Geneva, Switzerland.
Laure is a ‘big picture’ person with the added advantage of paying attention to detail. Her conscientiousness complements a visionary perspective so that she thrives on finding the perfect solution for every client. Dedicated and enterprising, she is happy to take on any task no matter how big or how difficult. Laure not only outlines what needs to be done but quickly fills in all the details too, multi-tasking to maintain administrative order whilst providing a high-performance service.
Accept responsibility for your life. It is you that will get you where you want to go.
Quick to see patterns in complex problems, Laure studied Biotech Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. As a national badminton player, she was no stranger to the hard work needed to succeed at the highest level. On completing her degree, Laure decided that she needed to be in the people business rather than a researcher in a laboratory. Her positive attitude and willingness to learn have ensured progressive and quick promotion. Laure also holds a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in International Trust Management.
IN THREE WORDS:
Building the trust of her clients and colleagues since joining the Group in 2008, Laure has created excellent relationships. She pays special tribute to her Managing Director Serge Richard who is a masterful coach and mentor. Whilst sharing his knowledge freely, he also motivates and encourages Laure to become technically strong, current and independent. Stephen Screech contributes a great deal, making the working environment stimulating and fun.
FIRST PERSON TO CALL WITH GOOD NEWS: TWIN SISTER
Even as a little girl, Laure was happy to push the boundaries – she wanted to be a Formula One pilot. She still shows the same passion for life – Laure loves her two toddlers, reading, listening to music, travelling, sport and cooking. She never stops and rises early to have the time to do everything she wants. Laure relaxes at home in an idyllic chalet in the Swiss Alps or strolling outdoors with her husband and two children.
