Gary Le Page is a Manager for Private Clients for First Names Group in Guernsey. Dedicated to providing exceptional client service, Gary manages a team whilst remaining a steady point of contact for his clients over the last 12 years.
Taking stress in his stride with a calm conviction, Gary is the person to go to if you need a favour as he always goes out of his way to try and help – consistently seeking to do the right thing.
There is no use crying over spilt milk.
Having started in the trust industry in September 1981, Gary has accumulated nearly 33 years of experience. He completed a business studies diploma from Guernsey College of Further Education before being offered an opportunity to work in a trust company. He prides himself on staying up to date with fiduciary trends whilst keeping a firm focus on doing his daily job. Practical knowledge, coupled with his amiable approach, makes Gary a valuable resource for a number of First Names’ clients.
IN THREE WORDS:
With so much on his plate Gary relies on his own team for regular support and is complimentary about every single one of the private client team in Guernsey. The common theme is that they are reliable, friendly and, between them, they know the trust business inside out. He is especially fond of Tony Oliveira because he is a very pleasant person, who always brings light relief to proceedings.
Gary’s love of horses and horse racing has earned him the nickname of “Horse”. As a youngster he captained the Guernsey show jumping team. Today he owns shares in a syndicate of horses for flat racing and helps to set up horse jumping courses for Guernsey-based competitions. Needless to say, during Cheltenham week, he finds it difficult not to be glued to the television cheering on his charges.
