Anna Tredant is a Senior Manager in the Private Client department for First Names Group in Jersey.
As a proactive manager and genuine people person, Anna loves getting involved with all aspects of the business. She supports the directors in managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of clients. With boundless energy Anna also takes on training and mentoring for a team of administrators, happily sharing her tricks of the trade. She is particularly adept at managing high net worth families with complex assets spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Obstacles are those frightening things you see when you take your eyes off the goal.
Having spent 25 years in the financial services industry, Anna brings unparalleled experience to the First Names team. She has worked in both private and institutional fiduciary institutions, dealing directly with clients from the UK, the rest of Europe and North America. As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, she also serves as the Treasurer of the Jersey branch of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
IN THREE WORDS:
The personal touch is really important to Anna. Intensely focused, she likes to see a project through to its end with client satisfaction her primary motivator. Change in the fiduciary world is constant, and while Anna acknowledges it can be scary, the available support systems help her to get the best out of every situation. Two people she regularly calls on for input are Andrew de la Haye who is incredibly knowledgeable and straight talking, and Adam Garwood, who is a trusted pair of hands when bringing on new clients, and good fun to work with at the same time.
Anna is justifiably proud of being a perfect 10 – marathon medal holder! Countless hours of training culminating in races in landmark destinations such as London, Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam have delivered a huge sense of achievement – and thousands of pounds raised for charity. Clearly a lady who likes going places – next year Anna is trekking to Everest base camp as part of a team for a local Jersey charity.
